Visitor number among South Korea & ASEAN countries 2013-2020
In 2020, around 2.3 million people made visits from South Korea to ASEAN countries and the other way around, representing a major decrease from previous years, which had seen steady increases. The tourism industry was one of the most heavily-affected industries during the onset of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
