The Hague had roughly 184,000 overnight stays, whereas tourists booked roughly 156,000 overnight stays in the city of Utrecht. The stays in The Hague and Utrecht increased, however, by respectively 46 percent and 97 percent compared to 2016.

The daily rate of a single room apartment in Amsterdam was around 123 euros in 2017, with roughly 175 euros for a two-room apartment. Rent prices per square meter of residential property in the Dutch capital are generally considered to be the highest in the country.
