This statistic shows an assessment of U.S. educators on the availability of resources and circumstances needed for success to their students that were outside of the school environment in 2016. In 2016, 42 percent of the responding teachers and 43 percent of responding principles stated that a safe and secure home environment was not adeqately available to their students.
