The volume of international freight carried by private airlines to and from India in fiscal year 2022 was over one million metric tons of freight. Of this, around 50 thousand metric tons was brought to India, while over 85 thousand tons of freight was carried from India. There was an increase in the freight volume in comparison to the previous year.
