This survey aimed to assess the TV watching behavior of consumers regarding ads in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2016 by asking how they watch TV ads. The majority, accounting for 52 percent, reported sometimes watching ads while sometimes skipping them. 23 percent mentioned skipping ads by leaving the room, while 14 percent reported using a service such as Netflix to avoid ads.
