From 2012 to 2019, the share of adults planning to visit friends and family over the Christmas and New Year period in Great Britain decreased overall. In 2019, roughly 62 percent of respondents planned this activity, whereas 70 percent of the survey sample organized a visit to friends and family in 2012.
