Christmas shopping: share of purchases on a mobile device UK 2016

This statistic depicts the share of purchases for Christmas which will be made using a mobile device in the United Kingdom (UK) in the year 2016, by quintile. While 22 percent of respondents planned on doing less than 20 percent of their purchases for Christmas on a mobile device, 11 percent planned on carrying out 21 to 40 percent of their Christmas shopping using a mobile device. The proportion of people doing 80 percent or more of their shopping on a mobile device was fairly low, standing at 1 percent.
