This statistic shows the share of online shoppers making purchases following a commercial message in the Netherlands in 2019, by frequency and platform. During the survey, respondents were asked through which channel and how often they purchased something following a commercial message in the past 12 months. As of 2019, roughly five percent of the respondents purchased something more than once, after seeing a commercial message on WhatsApp.
