Domestic sector assets value in Japan 2010-2019
As of March 2019, the value of financial assets held in the domestic sectors totaled around 7,903 trillion Japanese yen, a record high within the surveyed period. That year, the largest share of assets was managed by financial institutions, while general government assets were valued at about 624.2 trillion Japanese yen.
