European stock indices: performance after US presidential elections 9th November 2016

This statistic presents the change in price of major exchange indices on European stock exchanges as of the day of the US presidential election results pronouncement on 9th November 2016, resulting in Donald Trump becoming the president-elect of the United States of America. The indices which gained on that day, were MICEX (Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange) with 2.22 percent change and FTSE 100 (London Stock Exchange) with one percent change, while the Spanish index IBEX 35 lost 0.4 percent.
