Fast delivery is the most important factor that influences the online purchase decisions of consumers in the United States and the United Kingdom. During a January 2022 survey, six in ten respondents (59 percent) in these markets mentioned fast delivery as a defining feature of buying online. Their shopping behavior was also significantly influenced by secure tracking and packaging availability.
