Internet as the main news source in Finland 2024, by age group

According to the 2024 survey, over half of the Finnish people stated that they mainly follow news on the internet. Around 73 percent of the respondents aged 18 to 24 years said that the internet (including social media and blogs) was their main source of news. In general, younger age groups used internet more often to follow the news than older age groups in Finland.
