Wales: housing completions 2024, by tenure

The number of housing completions in Wales was significantly lower in 1974-75 than in 2023-24. In the past years, private enterprises were the type of housing providers with the most completions. Over 16,600 new dwellings were completed in the 1975-76 financial year, the highest value throughout the period included here.
