Major hotel transactions that took place in 2022 worldwide were worth nearly 71.9 billion U.S. dollars in total, which represents a decrease of two percent versus the previous year. In the past decade, 2015 was the year with the highest hotel investment worldwide at over 97.8 billion U.S. dollars.
