The number of people employed in the grant-making and giving services industry in Canada increased overall between 2001 and 2022. After reaching its peak in 2019 with over 26.5 thousand employees, the number of people working in this field decreased considerably and was equal to roughly 24.4 thousand in 2020. In 2022, it amounted to 28.3 thousands.
