The average asking rent in Manhattan in the fourth quarter of 2023 declined slightly. The asking rent in Midtown South Manhattan amounted to 81.35 U.S. dollars per square foot, making it the most expensive district. Downtown Manhattan was the cheapest to rent, at 57.55 U.S. dollars per square foot.
