Companies concerned about online sales' guarantee and return costs in Finland 2014
The statistic shows the results of a survey conducted among companies in Finland who did not sell their products and/or services online to other EU countries in 2014, regarding their level of concern about expensive guarantees and returns if they were to sell online. The majority of responding companies stated that expensive guarantees and returns had not been a problem at all (43 percent).
