The statistic presents the results of a survey on the reasons for a good holiday among German holidaymakers in 2020, by age. In all age groups, most of the respondents stated that time for themselves supported their recreation. The break from work was expressed as a reason especially by the group of persons from 45 to 59 years of age. 74 percent of this age group also stressed the importance of family time for their holiday recreation.
