In 2018, the sales of footwear in Finland amounted to 568 million euros in total. Around half of the sales were generated by sportswear chains (roughly 149 million euros) and department stores (134 million euros), while e-commerce sales reached a value of almost 70 million euros. Sales in shoe shops were valued at 58 million euros in 2018.
