Seattle had the highest rate of bachelor's degree holders at 58.9 percent, while Washington had the highest rate of advanced degree holders at 30.6 percent.

The rate was determined by calculating the percentage of people 25 years and over in each city who have completed a bachelor's or advanced degree. An advanced degree refers to a degree above the Bachelor level.
