Among the most successful Italian fashion companies in terms of turnover, Luxottica Group, without a doubt the global leader in the eyewear sector, ranked first. In 2018, the group registered a turnover of approximately 8.9 billion euros. During the same year, Prada, well known for producing high-end clothing, accessories, and footwear, came second in the ranking, reporting a turnover exceeding 3.1 billion euros.
