European Union: distribution of physical activity frequencies in 2017, by age group

This statistic displays the results of a survey on the distribution of frequencies of how often people engage in physical activities in the European Union (EU) in 2017, by age group. The survey was conducted via face-to-face interviews and gathered data from 28,031 respondents across Europe. In December 2017, it was found that 32 percent of respondents between the age of 25 and 39 years stated that they engage in physical activities like gardening, cycling, dancing etc. with some regularity.
