This statistic illustrates the share of individuals visiting the cinema in the last 12 months in Sweden in selected years from 2008 to 2018, by gender. During the survey period in 2018, 71 percent of surveyed women in Sweden stated that they visited the cinema over the past year, while 64 percent of men did so.
