This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in the United States in 2016. U.S. consumers and nutritionists were asked which foods they consider as healthy. According to the report, approximately 89 percent of the "expert" respondents considered quinoa as healthy, in contrast to 58 percent of the "public" respondents.
