Euro Disney (Disneyland Paris) revenue 2006-2016

In 2016, the total revenues of Euro Disney amounted to approximately 1.28 million euros, a decline compared to the previous year. Since 2006, the theme experienced an overall increase in its annual revenue, going from 1.08 million euros in 2006, compared to 1.37 million euros in 2015. But not every year has necessarily been marked by an increase.

The income sources of Disneyland Paris

The park, also called Euro Disney, includes several theme parks as well various hotels. The two theme parks, Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park, represented more than 55 percent of Euro Disney revenues in 2016. Hotels also account for a significant share of the park’s revenues. In 2016, the revenues of hotels and Disney Village (the shopping, dining and entertainment complex within the park) in Disneyland Paris accounted for 505 million euros.

Visiting Disneyland Paris

In 2018, Disneyland Paris was the most visited amusement park in Europe, with nearly 10 million visitors. Even though Euro Disney is famous worldwide, it appears that the majority of visitors are French. Almost half of the visitors come from the host country, while British tourists amounted to 17 percent of tourists to Disneyland Paris in 2016. Families and friends usually spend 54 euros per guest in the theme park, a budget which has increased in the past years.
