Key financial figures for Air India FY 2016-2024

At the end of fiscal year 2023, the net loss of Air India stood at over 44.4 billion Indian rupees. It was a significant decrease in comparison with the previous year at 60 percent. Meanwhile, the revenue of the airline reached around 388 billion rupees. Air India was sold by the Indian government to Tata Group in October 2021. And it's to be merged with another airline under the Tata Group, Vistara by the end of 2024.
