The source lists that transaction costs, commission and interest are not included. Up to the second quarter of 2014 the figures relate solely to euro-denominated transactions between account holders (irrespective of their place of residence) of banks in the Netherlands. Foreign-currency-denominated transactions between residents are basically reported as cross-border payments. The source records all transactions between Dutch account holders (irrespective of their place of residence), regardless the currency used for the transaction.
