This statistic shows the results of a survey among men on the willingness to spend money on coats in Germany in 2013 and 2015. During the 2015 survey period it was found that roughly 8.7 percent of respondents spent between 80 and 119 euros on their last coat.

2013: 2,437 respondents, projection to 20.78 million persons.
2015: 2,500 respondents, projection to 21.38 million persons.

During the survey this question was asked in the following wording: "How much have you spent on clothing items from the categories listed below? If you don't know for sure, please estimate the amount. - Coats."
