In this report, the respondents answered this following question : "Which online services have you used over the past 3 months?". The figure illustrates the share of individuals who used the internet for online services concerning education, government and health in the Netherlands in 2019, by age. As of 2019, roughly 58 percent of 35 to 45-year-olds in the Netherlands said they used the internet to download official documents.
