Small breweries' beer production share in Germany from 2005 to 2023

In 2023, the small breweries with an annual production of up to 10,000 hectoliters accounted for 1.74 percent of the total amount of produced beer. By comparison, small breweries with an annual production volume of 50,000 hectoliters accounted for 6.44 percent of all beer produced that year.
