Share of mobile mining equipment capex worldwide by type 2015

This statistic displays the distribution of capital expenditure (capex) on mobile mining equipment worldwide in 2015, by equipment type. The figures presented in this statistic are based on a survey of 120 of the world's leading mining companies carried out in the second half of 2015. According to the survey results, in that year, some 32 percent of the global capex on mobile mining equipment was attributable to surface and underground trucks.
