This statistic shows the number of people in Germany who used a car to get to their vacation destination from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, 25.75 million Germans took a roadtrip to their vacation, compared to 25.45 million the year before.

2013: projection to 40.77 million people
2014: projection to 41.69 million people
2015: projection to 41.60 million people
