Channels used to collect bank account information in Italy 2018
This statistic illustrates the results of a survey on the share of channels used for collecting information in order to open a new bank account in Italy in 2018.
During the survey period, it was found that 43 percent of respondents holding an online bank account reported that they visited a bank branch to collect information concerning the opening of a new bank account.
