As of 2022, WhatsApp had the highest share of daily users in Finland, with 66 percent of women and 58 percent of men using the app at least once a day. The second most frequently used social media platform was Facebook. Daily YouTube usage was considerably higher among men than women, whereas women used Facebook and Instagram more commonly than men in Finland.
