This statistic displays the results of a survey on the distribution of catering firms that employ information and communication technology (ICT) specialists in Italy in 2014, by employment.
During the survey period it was found that 30.8 percent of the responding companies reported that they do not have internal ICT employees and use external ICT consultants.
