Share of metallurgy firms in Italy 2019, by ICT skills
In 2019, most metallurgy companies in Italy counted on external suppliers to perform information and communication technology (ICT) functions. By contrast, roughly 20 percent of Italian metallurgy firms relied on their own employees to perform ICT functions. Moreover, about 19 percent of enterprises in this sector provided training to develop or upgrade ICT skills of their personnel in 2019.
