Largest Norwegian companies by turnover 2023

With a turnover of approximately 17 billion euros, the aluminium and renewable energy producer Norks Hydro AS was the leading Norwegian enterprise based on turnover. Ranked second was the renewable energy company Stakraft AS, with another energy producer, Totalenergies Ep Norge AS in third. Energy sales from Norway to the European continent increased significantly after the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine war in 2022.
