Reasons for not using the internet in Italy 2020
In 2020, the majority of households in Italy who did not use internet did so due to a lack of necessary skills. Roughly 35 percent of the households who did not use the internet reported finding this media not useful nor interesting, while high costs of either equipment or access were reported as main reasons from 6.5 and eight percent of the households, respectively.
