The recommendations to buy industrial property in leading industrial real estate locations in the United States in 2024 were highest in Westchester, NY/Fairfield, CT by 75 percent of the industry expert respondents. On the other hand, 55 percent of respondents recommended holding onto the industrial property in Northern New Jersey. The highest recommendations to sell industrial property were in Albuquerque by one-fourth of respondents.
