The recommendations to buy hotel property in leading hotel real estate locations in the United States in 2024 were highest in West Palm Beach by 53 percent of the industry expert respondents. On the other hand, 86 percent of respondents recommended holding onto the hotel property in Fort Lauderdale. The highest recommendations to sell hotel property were in New York-other boroughs by 33 percent of respondents.
