According to 36 percent of the industry expert respondents, San Francisco would be a good place to purchase office property in 2024. Austin appeared as the most promising market to hold office investments, according to about two-thirds of respondents. Meanwhile, more than half of experts advised to sell offices in Washington DC-MD suburbs, Portland, Indianapolis, and Chicago.
