Over the period going from 2014 to 2017, financial reports of Parmalat group showed how the net revenues generated from sales of cheese and other cheese products had rather fluctuated. The value of net revenues went from 2,113 million euros in 2014 to 3,048 million euros in 2015, and then decreased again to 2,959 million euros in 2017. The business of cheese and fresh products includes yogurt, desserts and cheese and is quite significant within the performances of the group, as it represents 44.8 percent of total revenues.
