This statistic displays the share of sources that respondents in Germany would use in order to get trustworthy information on antibiotics in 2018. Antibiotics are medications that can kill or hinder the growth of bacteria which cause infections in people and animals. In 2018, 88 percent of respondents reported that they would use a doctor in order to attain trustworthy information about antibiotics. This was followed by 45 percent of respondents who reported that in order to get trustworthy information about antibiotics they would go to a pharmacy, while only 2 percent of respondents reported that they are not interested in finding information on antibiotics.
