In 2020, moviegoers in the North-West of Italy spent almost 65.9 million euros in cinemas across the European country. Out of that total, about 56.6 million euros – or 86 percent – were spent at the box office. The North-West consists of the Liguria, Lombardy, Piedmont, and Aosta Valley regions.
