Natural gas reserves of Petróleos Mexicanos, commonly known as Pemex, amounted to approximately 19.9 trillion cubic feet as of January 1, 2022. The national oil corporation's natural gas reserves have more than halved since the beginning of the decade. In recent years, Pemex's natural gas production has averaged around 4.8 billion cubic feet per day.
