This survey shows the top five most bought products categories from foreign online shops in Sweden in 2019. Most online shoppers, 38 percent, bought clothing and footwear. 24 percent had bought books and media from foreign countries online.

* The source also conducted a themed survey each quarter (the most recent themed survey in January had approximately 2,000 respondents) and an additional themed survey with roughly 3,000 respondents. The statistic figures are based on monthly averages from the whole of 2017.
The source adds the following info: e-commerce in this report does not include online in-store purchases which have been pre-booked online, online sales of services such as travel, hotels and event tickets, and media downloads. It also excludes B2B and C2C sales.
