** Reduced tax rate for books, newspapers and periodicals, pharmaceutical products, services related to physical exercise and sports, movies, entrance fees to cultural events and entertainment events, passenger transport, accommodation services, and royalties for television and public radio activities.
Passenger transport services provided in Finland are subject to zero-rate VAT from 1 Jan 2023 to 30 Apr 2023.
Sales of electricity, 1 Dec 2022—30 Apr 2023, however, sales of electricity transmission and access services to the electric power grid are subject to the 24-percent VAT rate
