The source defines someone as moderately overweight with a BMI from 25.0 kg/m² to 30.0 kg/m² (18 and 19 year olds) or between the corresponding age-specific cut-off points for persons under 18 years of age. Seriously overweight (obese) is defined as someone with a BMI of 30.0 kg/m² or higher (18 and 19 year olds) or between the corresponding age-specific cut-off points for persons under 18 years of age.
