This statistic displays the results of a survey of the time spent on media in the Netherlands from 2013 to 2018, by gender and in minutes per day. The survey results show that as of 2018, people in the Netherlands spent just over eight hours per day on various different types of media. Over the time frame considered, the media usage of women decreased slightly, while that of men grew. In 2018, men in the Netherlands spent roughly 530 minutes daily on media, while this figure was roughly 470 minutes for women.
