This statistic displays the share of the Belgian young people that trust the police in 2016 and 2017, by age. In this period, 11 percent of the respondents aged between 16 and 17 years old had complete faith in the Belgian police.
* n (16-17) = 2,700 n (18-25) = 21,552, n (26-34) = 16,480, n (34+) = 3,162. Although the survey is specifically focused on the generation aged between 16 and 34 years, people older than 34 were also able to answer the survey questions, hence the category 34 years and older.
